Our History |
Chef Belen Uribe established Wawa Cakes in 2011, renting commercial kitchen space from a local caterer to produce wholesale food products for local coffee retailers. Her husband Niels retired from an engineering career in 2014 to help run the business, and build a dedicated commercial kitchen space in Redmond to accommodate the expanding business.
We've now retired from the wholesale food business, and operate our commercial kitchen as a commissary kitchen for other small businesses. |
