We offer monthly plans starting at 8 hours per week for scheduled workstations and shared use of:​

  • Meat & veggie prep sinks, dish pit & drying racks
  • Standard, convection, and cook&hold ovens
  • 8-burner range with griddle
  • ​2 additional 25kBTU burners.
  • ​40-gal tilting skillet.
  • 20-qt mixer
  • Dough divider/rounder
  • Ice machine
  • ​Dry storage
  • ​Speed racks and carts
